My bet would be on the MillII. Swap another video card in there and see if that helps. Check to see if you have the latest VESA BIOS support for dos....

Just read the part on the keyboard. see if you can turn the repeat rate up in the bios or use a DOS TSR to turn this up. Norton Utilities for DOS anyversion has feature to do this. That could certainly be the problem. I the subprogram in question is called norton control center.

Have you compared the keyboard repeat rate across the three machines. That should tell you the answer right there.
