I received a nice little letter in the mail yesterday concerning the court case against me....

COME NOW the plaintiffs, by and through their undersigned counsel, herewith
moving this honorable court for an order dismissing this action without prejudice.
The Plaintiffs have determined that further prosecution of this action in the State of
Utah is not practical at the present time, and instructed the undersigned to seek
dismissal under circumstances which will permit the refiling of the action at a later
time and/or in another jurisdiction.

WHEREFORE, the Plaintiffs respectfully pray that this Honorable Court enter its
order dismissing this action as to all parties without prejudice, with each party to
bear its her, or his own costs.

Dated this 17th day of August, 1998.

John F. Bates

Notice how they put in there that they reserve the right to refile this action at another time or in another jurisdiction. Basically telling me to watch what I say about them and their little company.

I also enjoyed the part about how each defendant should be responsible for their own costs associated with this matter. Geeeeeeee,....thanks! How nice of them.

Well, after the 100-1 reverse split, NAMXD is down another 50% in a little less than 2 weeks. Overall, it's down 97% since we started finding inconsistencies in their press releases...
