Dear Kumar: I respectfully disagree. When was the last time you have checked their financials? I just did -- your "guesses" have absolutely no substance. VRTY revenues should come in at $11.62MM and net income of $212,000, or $0.02 per share. Software revenues will be $9.7 million. VRTY's operating expenses have been decreased from the previous quarter as a percentage of revenues. R&D expense will also be less due to the capitalization of $800,000 of software development costs. Their contribution margin will be up, liquidity and cash flow is in a great shape and the growth potential is solid. (25% to 30% this year). They have no inventories to worry about! As to your predictions at $9 to $10 -- I totally disagree. The trend today was re-inforced by poor market performance, especially in the past 1/2 hour of trading. There was a sell-off accross the board. But look at the volume today -- its peanuts! VRTY has tremendous following from institutional ivestors -- they are cool. All you have seen is a noise levels. Also, if you know this busienss that well, you should know that selling at profit before December 31, 1996 will mean claiming 33% of capital gains to uncle Bill. Is there a possibility for VRTY stock to go down -- yes! But I do not think it will go anywhere to the levels you are talking about. We all make our own choices -- sounds like you already made up yours. Good trading! Jack
