If he were to say "sell" in a special letter to subscribers that came this afternoon, what do you think the price would close at tomorrow?

I wonder if we can call IR at UTEK and find out what percentage of shares are owned by us small investors? If the 50% of the owners are trekkies but they in total only own 5% of the shares, then it is a non issue. IF they (we) own much more...... we may need to rethink owning an investment that is not very liquid.... or making sure we bail before Bob issues a sell.
