Strategic Y2K and Euro Relationship With Debis Announced

Sapiens Awarded First Project Involving Several Million Lines of Code

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Sapiens International Corporation N.V. (Nasdaq: SPNSF - news) today announced that it has
entered into a strategic year 2000 and Euro cooperation agreement with debis IT Services France, a subsidiary of the IT services unit (debis Systemhaus) of
Daimler-Benz InterServices AG. debis Systemhaus is a leading provider of integrated IT services with particular expertise in industries such as financial services,
commerce, aviation and manufacturing.

According to the terms of their strategic cooperation agreement, debis and Sapiens will jointly provide year 2000 outsourcing services to debis' French customers
using Sapiens's Y2K technology and consulting expertise. Sapiens has installed its year 2000 toolkit at debis and will have full use of debis' computer systems for the
purpose of implementing year 2000 projects. Sapiens and debis have also agreed to cooperate in implementing Euro projects for debis' customers using the Sapiens
Euro solution.

The initial project for a customer of debis, which involves the analysis and remediation of several million lines of code written in COBOL and PL/1, addresses part of
the customer's year 2000 conversion requirements. The project will be performed at debis' facilities in Paris and Sapiens' International Services and Solutions center.

Commenting on the debis-Sapiens relationship, Mr. Jean-Pierre Parmentier, Chief Operating Officer of debis IT Services France said: ''We have chosen Sapiens as
our partner for our customers' Y2K and Euro outsourcing projects because of Sapiens's proven project know-how and uncompromising commitment to its
customers. Our companies deliver complementary solutions, involving highly-developed software tools, methodology and consulting expertise, which are all vital for
