Claude glad you showed up! In a nut shell. This is a newly formed Canadian Company. IDCN was picked up by a new owner in the spring. They are moving forward. Why price decrese and not increase. People think it's a scam, for one. MM's are shorting. I saw one sell today and they brought down the bid and ask... Go to #1167 there are links there that will let you catch up. There had been much digging and all is positive.
