John,
IMO, Walmart wont's start their media blitz until they are ready. By that I mean that first they need to inform and educate ALL their store employees and managers exactly what is a BTO computer system.

I went into my local Walmart last week to check out their computer department. They still had older (almost obsolete) systems still on sale (for under $700).

There was no mention, no ads, no nothing about ACI or their Internet BTO shopping site. I would venture to guess that when all is up and running, they might even have a computer on line (with technical help in the form of people) to allow orders to be place from the store. After all, many of the folks who will be buying these systems, will be doing so for the first time and don't currently have access to the Internet to order a BTO from Walmart.

Bottom line (IMO) is when ALL Walmart stores are ready and staffed to handle all the questions and inquiries, then the media blitz will start.

Until then, its a great time to accumulate. BTW, did everyone notice, their debt was reduced by almost 70% in the 2nd Qtr...that was my favorite part.
