In many ways, our cultures differ, and a thumbs up from the Hague is not necessarily a good thing. I am in no way commenting on the quality of morality or the quality of life in the Hague, only stating that I don't believe it is particularly relevant. Although it is interesting to know what others think, American policy and American society should not be based on the opinions of other countries. An extreme example: If Qhadaffi gave Clinton a thumbs up, how should the American public take it? Another example: Barney Frank said that he and Gingrich were on the same page regarding impeachment of Clinton - is that a good thing for Gingrich?
