I can think of no better way to describe your post than simply ridiculous.

In no way was I personally attacking Kam's civility. On the contrary, I find him to be wonderfully enlightening. What I do consider uncivil, which is plainly obvious in my post which you so earnestly misread, is the notion that there is no positive role for government to play in a crisis such as that we are discussing on this thread. My 'rational' begins from a most intangible concept called 'humanity', that gov. may indeed need to be more efficient but not be totally excluded, and that no matter how well written, the popular criticisms that ANY gov. intervention is bad is ideologically bland in its 'let them eat cake' mentality.
