Open letter to PLuvia and his band of shorts

Pluvia:

<<<Open Letter To OGRU and Their SRCM Analyst Anthony Stoss>>>

The easiest place to start. Anthony Stoss has no affiliation with OGRU. He is an analyst for Southeast Research Partners. This might seem like a minor point to you but just like every point you make it sounds good but there is just that small twist to the truth that you use to try and make a point when there is none.

<<<The stock is not down just because there is no news of a buyout, rather because there never will be a buyout... >>>

That is a pretty bold statement to make. Are you 100% sure this co. will never be bought out? How do you know for sure?

<<<And because Management lied to the shareholders about the loss of business associated with the Brite & VNN purchase while insiders sold $20 million of stock...>>>

When did mgmt. lie about the loss of business from the Brite purchase? They bought the co. in November of 97. They started to lose a little business at the end of the year and into 98 but were not able to access the severity of the problem until the 2nd qtr. How could they possibly have taken the writedown any earlier? Have you spoken to an accountant about this? My accountants tell me that it would have been impossible to evaluate the problem and take a writeoff any earlier.

Now about this insider selling again.. Has CEO TIM PETERS OR PRESIDENT TIM REED OR I.T. NETWORK PRES. DAN MAITLAND OR INTERACTIVE CHANNEL PRES. TOM OLIVER SOLD ANY STOCK IN THE CO?????. WHY DO YOU POST SUCH NONSENSE ABOUT INSIDER SELLING WHEN YOU KNOW DAMN WELL THAT THE SELLING WAS DONE STRICTLY BY EARLY INVESTORS WHO NEEDED TO TAKE SOME PROFITS FOR THEIR FUNDS? dO YOU NEVER DRAW DINSTINCTIONS AMONG WHO ARE INSIDERS??? WHY HASN'T ANYONE FROM MGMT SOLD ANY STOCK??? IS THAT NOT CONVENIENT FOR YOUR ARGUMENT???

<<<And because the company has $120 million of debt and no product that will produce enough revenue to pay even the interest on the debt...>>>

Are you sure the co. has no product. They are rolling out their service with Insight Communications THIS YEAR. This will be the first digital service launch over cable tv in the industry. Name me one other co. that is offering digital cable service. Now I'm not claiming they will be the only co but they will be at least one important player. The Pres. of Insight Communications who is on the board of SRCM is ALSO on the board of National Cable TV Association. His name is Michael Willner. Have you asked him if SRCM has a PRODUCT?

<<<And because the company continues to lose customers...>>>

What co's have they lost? How much revenue? Is it possible that they have a net INCREASE in revenue in the IT division despite the lost accounts? Do you know how many new accounts they have aquired to more than offset this business???

<<<And because management will need to restate their financials and possibly lose their auditor and the opinion on the '97K, causing the stock to be halted, while the company and it's officers face numerous additional lawsuits...>>>

Why will they need to restate their financials? Have you spoken to their accountants or any accountants for that matter? If so please give me a name so I could corroborate. I would be happy to let you speak to my accountants for their opinions, would you kindly do the same for me? The auditors and their opinion are going nowhere. They are comfortable with their reports. Did you speak to them?

<<<Cheers - and have a nice day - Mr. Pluvia was short and he and all of his associates, operatives and field agents already did.>>>

You're reading too many John Clancy novel. You are the only "firm" in town with operatives and field agents. Speaking of which.....

YOU HAVE DONE A MARVELOUS JOB EXPOSING THIS CO. AND SAVING A LOT OF PEOPLE MONEY AT THE SAME TIME AS MAKING ALOT OF MONEY FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR ASSOCIATES AND ALL OF YOUR CLIENTS AT PLUVIA SECURITIES RESEARCH..[you know, where reality reigns]. YOU HAVE DONE SO WELL IN FACT THAT I WOULD LIKE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR FIRM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

PLEASE POST THE NAME, ADDRESS, AND PHONE/FAX #'S OF YOUR FIRM. I CAN'T SEEM TO BE ABLE TO FIND YOU. ALSO, I WOULD APPRECIATE A LINK TO YOUR WEBSITE SO I CAN LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR ORGANIZATION.

YOUR RESEARCH IS EXCELLENT, YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE A GREAT TRACK RECORD BUT YOUR ADVERTISING STINKS. HOW CAN YOU BUILD YOUR BUSINESS WHEN YOU CAN'T BE FOUND?

DON'T BE MODEST. STAND UP AND GET THE CREDIT YOU DESERVE. I'D LIKE TO SHAKE YOUR HAND FOR THE WORK YOU HAVE DONE HERE BUT I CAN'T FIND YOU..

YOU NEED A NEW AGENT.
