Re: Budget Issues I think the tech industry is a little tight right now. With a lot of bad quarters, budgets are getting slashed and high priced long term projects, the type VM falls into are being held till there is money. I agree... and add Y2K issues to the mix. I believe Maintech must establish a stream of sales before 1999. Trout's comment about the paradigm shift is correct, but, if that shift does not occur this year, IS managers will never notice. Pý
