bmart, let us clear up this confusion between our understanding of Global. You have stated the following:

I believe Global is owned by KSM , Kevin and Joy Miller
They were merging with one of Mr. Dempsey Mork's company's and the deal fell thru.
You are defining some of the reason's that Global is no longer the TA for AZNT. Your diligence must have resulted in more, mine certainly has.
I am aware that Global is a small brokerage firm in Minneapolis, not a TA as you have posted. I believe they have/had a couple small satellite offices too. They also as far as I know used to clear through Equity, switched to Denver and may have moved their clearing back to Equity, I am not sure about this.
It used to be I believe, GDN Securities.
