Malcolm,.............I am not an expert with at reading these 10Q statements. I did read every word though. I found no surprises to what I already knew. Tis a sad report. I think most of us, who are newly invested in this enterprise, made our commitment on the basis of the NEW SSGI that will be formed with a successful merger. I could be wrong but it still looks like a relatively short and inexpensive process for "The Target" company to acquire Nasdaq status. Kind of an IPO participation with more meat on the table. I spent another hour doing searches for "The Target" to no avail. Holding and hoping, Chuck Messick
