Bob; <OT> Talk radio doesn't scratch the surface, why would
any one listen to them ? Do you mean Rush Limburger heck I don't hardly watch TV , let alone get into talk radio.
As far as my convictions go they come mostly from my personal experience, much of which can't be published.
I was never really inside the CIA loop, or any thing fancy
like that, but lets just say I had contact. ( prior to Cuba )
And in my opinion had they not messed up Castro would never
have embraced communism , that was forced on him.

At one time I think the CIA had a good program,
but the more power they got the more they seemed to think they
knew what's right for every body. All in all I know we need
something like the CIA , and in having it we can't expect them
to not make mistakes, on the one hand we may say they are
entitled to make some mistakes. But on the other hand were and
how do you limit this entitlement ? So far it seems there has
been no limit even suggested.

You may have also noted at one point I said "justice was for sale
to the highest bidder " Now as a long time and well traveled
seaman I have a frame of reference that most people don't.

I don't want you to believe I think this justice for sale is
just here in the U.S. , I've seen it most places in the world,
and I have been in positions were buying my way out was the only
alternative. Yet I don't enjoye the thought that was the way it
should be. ( well maybe I did a little when I was much younger,
as the thought of having the fix in made me feel I was something
bigger, but it's a sin most anyone would have partaken of if they
had been in my shoes. )
Still if we are to take the high moral ground in respect to the
rest of the world, and get sanctimonious about our ideas,
then we need to be held to a higher standard.
What I am seeing in this country is a break down in basic human values, with the attitude that our leaders are right no matter what, just pass a law and make it legal then it's OK, to me that's on the sick side of being human.

More than that when the high priest
of our banking systems can endorse the breaking of the sprint of
the law by using terms and tactics that circumvent the reason
the law was passed and lawyers can defend this action we get
sicker and sicker. ( a sample is the Front end points on a VA
loan, called a discount ).
To me leading a veteran to believe
he is being rewarded for having served his country while
you saddle him with a debt hidden behind double speak words
that in effect has him paying for this concealed charge, and
interest on it for the duration of his loan is unconscionable.

As for my disdain of the Federal Reserve system, & that any self
respecting Nation would farm out their basic financial system to a
privet fraternity of bankers who work in secrecy and pitch a fit if congress so much as wants to look at what they are doing.
Yes , I consider it criminal as the contract with the people has
been broken and made to look like something it's not.
