Androids look like people or Cyborgs have a few people parts An android would be a robot that looked like a person, Data is an Android I believe. A Cyborg is a mechanically enhanced organism. The Six Million Dollar Man was a Cyborg. Did you notice his shoulder sockets, which were not mechanical, could bear tremendous strains and his mechanical arm still wouldn't rip out of the socket ? Amazing A very good treatment of Cyborgs is found in Gregory Benfords books, Great Sky River, Across a Sea of Stars etc...
