Market cap of LSI is 2 billion now, relative peanuts for most larger companies. LSI is at takeover levels now, although I do think it would take more than a bid in the low 20's to do it. My guess is that LSI long term shareholders would do much better if the company stayed independent WHEN the long awaited turnaround finally comes... John
