Hey Ed; I use brine which is mixed up with 1 cup of coarse salt and one cup of sugar and 1500-2000 cc of boiling water. First let the coarse salt and sugar dissolve in the hot water and then let the brine cool off to real cool and then put my filleted rainbow trouts [ normally I got 3 4lbs size of rainbow trouts to filled my "Little Chief" brand Luhr-Jessen Electric smoker with alder or hickory wood bits. Good luck to you Ed; It tastes really delicious that smoked fish especially smoked by your own. And hope this would occupy some of your time cuz VSE is so bored new low again today 432+, but DML CWA has been bottomed out for sure. I agree with you and all that cost average is the best strategy for this DML, CWA, .... others penny stocks. A real winner is you don't have to fight and you are already a winner that means buy low sell hi concept, in other words, if you buy low [whole bunch of them] you are winner already just wait for profit taking when price goes higher.
