ComSolut, A SUPER breakdown and understandable. I expected as much except for one point and that was
Point (5) 5) Outstanding float - The way I read it - WILL INCREASE -
by 6.5 times the "Target's" shares. Float should increase
from approx. 2.25 million to at least 5.5 million and
could go as high as 10 million authorized shares.

I had understood that "The Target" was to somehow hold these issued shares and that the FLOAT would NOT increase...At least that is what I understood from my source. I even questioned that because it didn't sound right, BUT that IS what he understands...
If this MERGER is consummated and the float IS increased, STILL that is NOT a high float.
Question: Is it not correct to assume that Small Stock Fund managers like a little higher Float? I understand that when Fund Managers want to add a stock to their funds, most of the time they want at least 1 million or more shares...If they tried to buy up a million shares of a stock with such a low float, would that kind of buying not cause the price to skyrocket??

Thanks for the hard work, wish I could help but that would be like me trying toi read Chinese.

Regards,
Malcolm
