Tim, another interesting observation is that: LU has always been pushing its all-time high, just slightly before earnings release, for the last 9 quarters in a row, by 4-10% in single jumps. This will put LU at ~ 120 in the next two months. So, even though at the multiplying factor of 0.6, the deal would be great. What we have here is 50 --> 72, a straight jump, in barely 2 months. So, no matter what the initial street reaction would be looking at 50, once this situation is properly grasped, everyone will come back to ASND, roaring!
