John: What's the point of posting the text of a couple of news items that are several weeks/months old? At least you could have commented on the age of the documents, or better yet provided their original dates. Your lack of doing so makes me think you have an ulterior motive.

This board has been relatively free of hype for a while. I vote to keep it that way. Let's let reality speak for itself.

Has anybody given any thought to the competitive nature of the two products? I'm speaking of TPII's scanner tool, and Bigisoft's object code modification tool. A few months ago on this thread there was a post repeating a comment made by one of the company officials that led me to believe there would be an attempt to interface the two tools. As far as I know, there has been NO progress in that area. This doesn't surprise me, because I'm not sure there's much value in the integration of the two tools. One is source code based, the other is object code based.

Perhaps the lack of progress towards a successful Beta site is that TPII isn't overly interested in selling Bigisoft's tool in favor of TPII's own scanning tool. Maybe there's a variance in the commission paid to salesmen. Who knows? All I know is that I'm underwater with my current investment and unhappy. I've given back (on paper) my prior gains with this company. It seems to me that a Beta site announcement would go a long way towards enhancing share price. From my perspective, whatever it is that's holding up the Beta agreement should be cleared up immediately. If there IS anything that's holding it up, that is. Maybe nobody WANTS the Bigisoft solution?

Count me VERY unhappy with the current state of affairs.

Regards,

TED
