Stockbull, aside from DELL's stellar management their expansion into new product segments and geographic markets is a big reason for their success. They are essentially applying their business model to any product segment or geographic market that is compatible with their strategy. And, with only 8% market share worldwide they've got lots of room to grow. Although Asia and Japan slowed down DELL's sequential growth in Q2 by 5% you can bet that with expansion into China and storage products Q3 and Q4 will be big quarters.
