Who is Beloyan Investment Securities Inc. Chief Investment Strategist Tom Cannon. Does anyone care what he has to say ?? Market up 100+ SEEC no change. His recommend. has NO VALUE. BTW I thought SEEC had $6 per share. Did they already burn $1 of that cash ??
