Is there somewhere where one may get a short course on the players here?

i.e. AFCI has taken a 75% haircut in the last month. CIEN is not far behind in the haircut department.

Who is winning the business? ... or are the Carriers just retrenching? ... or is there excess fibre capacity with all the technology thrown at this sector lately?

... or is this just another of life's great mysteries?

Thanks for any enlightenment you may provide.
