The latest Forbes has an article suggesting that Yeltsin is toast. This prognostigation is made by the same Vladimir Kvint who forecast the fall of the USSR a couple of years in advance, when it seemed ridiculous. He suggests a painful, authoritarian, transition that may work out in the end.
