I broke down and bot again. God help me. At least now that it's at the penny stock level, 1000 share blocks don't even seem like real money. I think this is my last buy though, at least I've got enough shares to keep my interest. I've never had a stock implode to this extreme. Even my ventures into the bb's and micro-caps didn't give me this kind of action. Now the waiting game begins to see if I feel like I'm brilliant or extremely stupid. About the lawsuits, half of my holdings seem to have lawsuits against them, SMOD and ASND with shareholder lawsuits, INTC under government investigation. Litigation seems to be the response to a bear market. How many lawsuits came out of the early 70's market - 45 pct loss over two years? I think the lawsuits are kneejerk reactions and without substance. CMO has a lot of company at the bottom. Good to have some company in this misery. JSH
