- Taiwanese foundries at < 65% capacity,
- 64M shrink wafers will get 1000 DPW at newer fabs (making oversupply worse)
- <80% total fab utilization industry-wide

DRAM prices may be firming, but there is plenty of manufacturing capacity still out there...
