I ran across this one some time ago when I was alerted by a friend who monitors some of the more "creative" newsleter writers. <<How are they managing to promote such a weak-sounding play?>> How is any scam stock promoted? Newsletter writers and touts who bought this thing for pennies on the Canadian exchanges turn around and lie through their teeth. <<Who is buying?>> The same type of people who get victimized by frauds such as CCSI and ZITL...small investors hoping to get rich quick on a story stock.
