Mark never mentioned a time frame in March (other than saying it was more than 2 months away). They didn't mention a time frame in June (only saying the negotiations were in the advanced stage). Now they are saying they think a month is plenty of time (IMO for Texaco to sign). Just my thoughts, Chris
