I think Scott presents a valid point. If not for Telhub, Cam-Net might have survived the tempest surrounding the CEO.

It certainly can be construed as paying for services once and not getting delivery. Why would anyone throw good money after bad. Seems strange and, from the looks of it, the street feels the same way.

Another thing that bothers me is the apparent exit of Dr. Sinclair a s a major figure. Anyone can be a "consultant". Why wasn't he given an executive position at the new Co.?
