Maybe street got wind that Q4 will result in a loss. I can't see that such news would knock 35% of the share price in one day. I tried playing bounce at 12 1/8 and stopped out at 11 3/4. Interesting that most option action was on call side. I think if the street knew about some fundamentally bad news (aside from earnings) that there would have been a lot more put action.
