I guess it does not matter how he presents it, what matters is how he did it. I can not expect him to come out and say "I raided a penny stock, diluted the shareholders equity, sold the shares I was able to produce from the reverse split/reg "S", and than loan myself the money (having the CEO/Pres. sign off on it). I just fail to see how Jack could have been so blind as to not put conditions to the Reg S monies. It just goes to show you how quickly you need to react (as shareholders) to situations like this.

Where would we be if we had not de-railed this deal and run off Charles???

If nothing else, no one is going to get their hands in the "CVIA cookie jar" again without a fight.

I have about 105 people on my Email list, I guess I will (by default) be forwarding "non-insider" up-date type information as it is available.

SO, if someone objects to receiving CVIA Email, that is on my list, send me an Email requesting you be removed.

On the other hand, if you want to be added... Let me know!!!

I would like to do a share count to see how much of the float we control. (just an idea, if you are not comfortable with revealing your count, so be it)
