ADI is at least a year away before it can again behave as a growth company. Management made too many mistakes and waited way to long before recognizing them. Since Ray stepped down and handed the thrown to Jerry, things haven't been the same. Jerry's current plan is a bit suspect. Sure wish Ray would again guide the ship.
