Serious queston to serious biotech investors. The sector is flat out putrid. Lots of small cap biotechs have plunged below technical support levels & are clearly in a technical oversold state. Most are lower than a year ago, while the DOW, S&P & NAZ are up, despite significant clinical successes on many fronts. Margin calls, institutional & fund dumping, short seling by sector funds - the short term pucture is very nasty. Question is at what level to add to portfolios & where will these be in 9 months. Please feel free to add your thoughts & analysis on the sector & question. Respectfully Scott (no, I do not have any short positions)
