KA, No from My understanding you were a stockholder and this baby went bad and somehow or another you ended up the CEo and have begun the proccess of turning this shell (or perhaps former shell) into a legitiment co . Is that substatially correct ? What are your expected turn around times to an IPO ? Will your stock dividends be restricted ? How many IPO's do you expect to get in a YEar.? What is your total shares avaliable and issued ? TIA
