GARY, You are correct " The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"), of over-the-counter trading of the securities of Interactive Multimedia Publishers, Inc. ("IMP") (trading symbol DROM), of Akron, Ohio, for a ten day period commencing at 9:30 a.m. (E.S.T.) on December 4, 1996 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. (E.S.T.) on December 17, 1996."
