Do you know if/when these patents were issued?

Apparently Dr. Loricchio holds 20+ patents but I presume also for fun as he was/is supposedly just a professor doing academic research and, if not for Sylver, would not be in business.

From their SEC filing:

3. No Patents. The Company has not applied for a patent for any of its products. Even if it does however, there can be no assurance that the patent application will be issued as a patent, or the issued patent will provide the Company with significant competitive advantages, or that challenges will not be instituted against the validity or enforceability of any patents owned by the
Company or, if instituted, that such challenges will not be successful. See "Item 1. Business."
