Sequential quarterly sales were up 7.81%, or $30,863, to $426,056,000. Is that going to be good enough? Also, the quarterly profit margin fell a full percentage point to 58.56% from 59.58%. SG&A, at $129,039,000, was at the highest dollar level in NN's history. Also, R&D, at $67,156,000, was also at the highest dollar in NN's history. Wasn't there some previous guidance about controlling overall expenses? At face value, the numbers do not look that impressive. Hopefully, the conference call will put a better spin on the quarterly results. If not, we are in trouble tomorrow! |
