PETsMART DIRECT operating results improved from last year due to the elimination of non-productive catalog mailings, higher customer response rates, good expense control and initial sales from PETsMART DIRECT's Internet commerce sites.

I can't even find one PETsMART DIRECT site.
Anybody have a URL?
