1. Nam Tai took $2.5 mill in one-time charges & still manages a $2.8 mill gain for the 1/4

2. Plus, they're getting $520k of dividends from their Group Sense investment - later this month.

3. My vote is the stock moves higher. But I'm down so much on it, what do I know?
