Have you confused an SEC "review" with an SEC "investigation" ? This means either a) you're ignorant of normal SEC procedures or b) you're manipulative and trying to scare people who already went on quite a ride today in this stock. The shares and options registered were generally for two purposes: first to register restricted securities previously issued, and second, to provide flexibility for business opportunities, including continued growth. The registration process has been ongoing since March 10, 1998, and was subject to a full review by the SEC. >> The SEC REVIEW was a NORMAL event. NOWHERE does it say that the company is under investigation for false reporting practices.
