Habib, You think we are whistling in the dark? Now that a day has passed, I can't see any problem. It looks completely like panic, but without a real problem to cause it. I'm all for panic, but I'd like to see some flames before I flee. Am I hoodwinked? They have done a good job then because try as I might from the point of view of a skeptical nature I can't see any deceit [apart from wishful thinking as to how long it would take to get to market]. "Qualcomm destroying itself to pull this one off" leaves me puzzled. What does that mean please? It sounds like destroying a Vietnamese village to save it from communism. Why should I sue Qualcomm? What exactly have they done wrong? Or can you just sue anyone in the USA and a bunch of mad jurists hand over the money? I know Qualcomm paid out a dubious claim by Interdigital to get them off their back. Motorola told Interdigital to get lost and were vindicated in court.

When do you think CDMA will be ahead in the race? 2 years? 5years?
