THIS STOCK IS A BARGAIN AND I JUST LOADED UP ON THE STOCK AT THE FOUR DOLLER range. again, people are missing the boat with the meter reading business and tower but with small caps down 22%from april highs nobosy seems to care. it will take a couple orders in the meter reading to atrract some attention. but at 4-5 the risk /reward as good as you get out there.
