Mr. Cogan: She is already 41.67% off her intaday high; she is fundamentally sound, with mega growth rate; she remains well capitalized vis-a vis her capex program; she is in an absolutely essential position in the telecom industry--strategically necessary for many players to have HBW last mile access. All analysts have positive views00excepting ms comfort. The most highly respected telecom guy on the street says she's trading at 1/3 her actual present value; suitors are all over her, strategic opportunities abound; she has imbedded huge value in internet business waiting to be spun off; she has huge short position, apart from the covertibles, with huge short squeeze potential; she has no actual exposure to asia, russia, etc. Everyone will continue to require low cost telecom, no matter how bad the economy gets; July was a ghreat month; expect the quarter to reflect more great growth; relative to it's principal competitor--TGNT, she is grossly undervalued. Screw TA, she's bound to bottom out, even in a lousy market. I wish you all the best with Wind river, but i'd rather ride a horse that can double in a few weeks. As time passes, she becomes more strategically necessary and more obviously capable of succeeeding alone. If she's 60 in 6 months, who cares if she's 24/27 tomorrow.
