Mark, I had the same trouble with Dial Data, and am now using Prophet Data, which is cheaper. Still have occasional problems with individual issues, but not to the same extent. Data is generally available by 5 PM, but sometimes the download is slow early. Stock data seems pretty clean, but I get some bad data with futures. Not a big problem, though. One advantage to Dial Data is that you get a steep discount on their CD updates. If you have an excess of HDD space, it does not matter much, but if you do not, it can make a big difference. Frankly, I am not terribly happy with Prophet either, but it is cheap, and I can get fundamental data at no extra charge if I want it. I am using 2 year history option, but I have more than that on CD. Good trading -- P.S--Perhaps good that you did not immediately move to SC!! Looks like they might be in for a blow!! Jack
