I just heard Gruntal's Joe Battitaglia (sp) on the Nightly Business Report. He is very bullish and believes portfolios should be 95% plus in stocks, especially small stocks! According to Joe, a rally was started last week and was temporarily interrupted by Clinton's response to terrorism etc but should resume. Problems in Asia have already had their effect here - U.S. and European economies will benefit from lower commodity prices due to troubles in LDC's.

Let's hope some investors and porfolio managers agree and find it appropriate to add some Valence to bring up their percentages!
