Meghan, You've always impressed me as a cool headed investor with valuable input to offer this thread. But I'm a little confused by this post. Can you elaborate on why you think Jerry is leading ADI astray? What critical inflection points did management miss? Put another way, do you really believe Ray could have weathered the current world and industry-wide storm any better? BV
