Larry & ALL: I just learned that it DOES APPEAR the DEAL IS DONE. I also learned that it still "may" still need actually inking BUT I understand that there was an AGREEMENT..

Here is even more positive news:

(1) This "Target Company" when combined with SSGI will, as I understand it, have 40 Million in annual SALES.

(2) That "The SELLER" (this is the one who is said to have been holding the stock back by selling off shares) WILL BE TAKEN OUT..............
Was given a choice to either sell his shares to the aquiring company OR have them "LOCKED UP" for 2 Years. The choice will likely be to have them Locked Up. If you had a BUNCH at .50 cents, would you rather take a small profit NOW or Lock them and Ride this PROFITABLE COMPANY for 2 years???? Maybe get $5 to $25 for them???

(3) 70% of the shares will be held by "The Target Company" they WILL be in the shares outstandung but NOT in the FLOAT....I know there has been some question on this. All I know is what I'm reporting, I have FULL Confidence in the source, this source "can" be wrong, I know he's not very often.

(4) There has been some question as to the effectiveness of SSGI's CEO Mr C (s) It was explained to me that By "The Target" owning 70% of the outstanding shares, this will place the Mr. C in the backseat with NO Control. So, that ought to be a positive note to the ears of those who dislike the preformance of Mr. C

Hope this helps us focus on what looks VERY PROMISING, we could be in for a very QUICK Recovery and on to OUR TARGET of PROFITS.
