This might not happen if at the time of Bob's sell signal UTEK is on the way up, approaching some value, X, and the signal is of the form "sell at or above X". This signal might just slow rise of UTEK--not cause it to take a dive. With that type of signal some will liquidate a bit below X, others will hold out for a higher price above X. I don't expect an all-out sell signal.
