Man, is this place a crypt or what? The other thing I forgot to mention (and my REAL reason for voting against the merger) is that when all is said and done and my post-merger shares will be impossible to sell (due to transaction costs) without incurring even MORE of a loss. Why should I vote for something that will cost me MORE money than it already has?

For example, say I had 1000 shares. Post-merger I would have about 6 or 7. I have no idea what the shares would be worth, but I find it hard to believe the total value of 6 or 7 shares would be more than the $29.95 (best case...more for sub-$1 shares) it would take to sell them. At least if they go belly-up, I can declare them worthless and take my tax loss with no additional expense. Am I figuring wrong? If so, I'd be glad to find out that my post-merger shares would be worth $1500-$2000 each...then I'd be a happy camper and you couldn't stop me from voting FOR.
