More important to gain the favor of those buying the devices, which in the case of bilirubin testers is likely to be the medical community. Some posters have said that public demand for non-invasive bilirubin testing will drive the sales of the CCSI device (and the SPRX device as well), but I don't think so, it will likely be those holding the pursestrings of the hospital and clinics, as well as the insurance companies paying for the testing.
